CacheCDFS can read dual format CDs, multisession CDs, multi-volume CDs
and was the only Amiga CDFS to read Joliet CDs for quite some time.
However, some mixed Audio/Video CDs use a strange format that none of
the Amiga CD filesystems can handle. This uses two files for each video
clip, both apparently having the same name.
